Office Building Pipe

This pipe burst in the basement of an apartment building. Unfortunately, the pipe froze, which led to the rupture occurring.  Water spewed out onto the wall and floor, which caused discoloration and musty conditions.

SERVPRO of Westport Fairfield was called in the extract the water, and dry out the entire basement area.  In the before image, the water on the floor is pooled, causing damp conditions, which could lead to mold if not dealt with properly.  We returned the walls to the original color, and deodorized the entire room.
