Stages of Remediation

Due to recent rainstorms, leaking water from the second floor of this space soaked through the floor and caused the first floor ceiling to become damaged. Three stages of restoration can be seen here. First, the affected material is removed, allowing for proper remediation to take place. Proper airflow is what is important at this stage.  Next, new ceiling material is installed. Finally, we paint to match the old color and reinstall the light fixtures.  Once the owners of this recreational facility saw the remediated area, they were happily surprised and extremely satisfied with the results.
